Open Question: Planning to take up Martial arts...?

I have a couple of questions: first... i'm going to be a senior in high school so do you think thats a little late to get started? second...whats the easiest to learn? karate, taekwondo, jujitsu, etc.I know that they're all hard and require dedication but i was just wondering approximately how long it would take to get a black belt for the easiest and hardest martial art.
